If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Production General Labor team member on 1st, 2nd or Weekend shift at our Grafton, WI location.

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to complete a variety of job duties assisting production.

Duties may include:

• 
  

  Perform duties involving metal finishing equipment, drilling, tapping, product re-work, tube sizers, deburring, sanding and general clean up

  
  


• 
  

  May operate punch presses as a helper

  
  


• 
  

  May assist in secondary type operations

  
  


• 
  

  Perform operator quality checks using proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality records, as required

  
  


• 
  

  Complete appropriate paperwork, accurately and completely

  
  


• 
  

  May require successful completion of Kapco’s forklift or overhead crane training program

  
  


• 
  

  Other duties as assigned

  
  

General laborers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. Computer skills, estimating skills, and the ability to communicate can help general laborers advance in this role.
