Production Lead

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage people and processes in a shop-floor environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting with loud machinery and production operations.

You will oversee day-to-day production functions, ensure timely order fulfillment, and help lead a team with accountability and purpose.

Production Lead Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and manage a team of production employees
• Oversee and coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
• Assign daily tasks and prioritize work based on orders and business needs
• Conduct weekly team meetings to communicate goals and address challenges
• Monitor production flow and follow up on outstanding orders
• Maintain safety standards and ensure production targets are met
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues

Production Lead Requirements 

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order management
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage priorities
• Comfortable working in a shop-like environment with loud machinery
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Must be a self-starter who works well under minimal supervision
