Production Lead (Bottling)- 6:30am-3:00pm

Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! We are currently searching for a Production Lead (Bottling) to join the team! The Production Lead is responsible for working in the Bottling department with the Production Supervisor and team to ensure that production goals are met. Areas of focus for the Production Lead include Quality Control, Material Handling, Safety, Support, etc. The hours for this role are 6:30am-3:00pm.

Qualifications:

• Adhere to all organizational safety practices including following appropriate procedures, as well as the proper wearing of required PPE in designated areas


• Committed to leading by example with regards to attendance, work quality, and exhibiting a positive attitude


• Committed to quality, excellent attention to detail and processes in order to reach a common goal of producing a great product for all customers


• Able to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importance


• Able to understand work orders that are processed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Assemble work orders or pick lists, and pull necessary packing materials for setup, as well as manage the backorder report


• Partner with the Production Supervisor to develop and manage a daily schedule of all orders and assign tasks to team


• Ensure all orders are complete and in-full, conduct quality control, work orders are issued, and labor hours are entered correctly


• Partner with Production Supervisor to communicate appropriately regarding shipping, planning and operations


• Partner with Production Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels are met and guarantee that the team has what they need to be successful


• Other duties as assigned

• This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
