Production Line Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Line Associate to join our packaging team. This position plays a key role in preparing, boxing, and palletizing our fluff product to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull fluff from bales and prepare it for packaging


• Assemble boxes and apply correct labels


• Accurately weigh and place 25 lbs of fluff into each box


• Tape and seal boxes securely


• Stack completed boxes onto pallets in an organized and safe manner


• Maintain a clean and safe work area


• Meet production expectations of 12–13 boxes per hour

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift


• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace


• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions


• Prior warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
