Job Description - Production Line Supervisor-Assembly

PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISORY-ASSEMBLY

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing daily boat construction and assembly operations on an assigned production line, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production schedules and company quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reading and interpreting work orders, drawings, and specifications, monitoring production schedules, and coordinating with other supervisors and departments to ensure efficient production operations.

Previous supervisory experience in boat manufacturing or a related production environment is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on knowledge of boat manufacturing and assembly processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinating daily work assignments

Supervising production employees.

Monitoring work progress.

Identifying and resolving production issues.

Ensuring safety procedures.

Ensuring clean, organized, and productive work environment.
