Production Manager

This is a fulltime position based at our Supply site in Tallinn. What you will do Manage production unit resources in active NPI prototyping environment Deliver goals based on unit assignments Manage production resources efficiency via resources capacity, layouts and manufacturing processes improvements Previous experience at manufacturing business preferably from electronics or production technology industry Experience on leading people and cross functional teams Superb quality-oriented mindset Strong business focus and target orientation Proficient in English, Estonian and Russian would be an advantage Collaborate and communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders Manage unit financial budget
