We are currently hiring a Production Manager to supervise production operations providing support over Mail Services production including Presort, Inserting, Inkjet, Meters, and Drivers. Production Manager will also oversee fleet and equipment maintenance.

Hours available: M-F 10 am - 7 pm

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Provide guidance, analysis and support to all areas of Operations.
• Supervise and oversee SLA of all areas of Operations and associated tracking and monitoring.
• Oversee and support First Class mail operations until completion daily.
• Oversee inventory, order shipping and receiving for all areas of Operations.
• Supervise Operations Staff including; development, evaluation , and support.
• Maximize operational efficiencies and control expenses in all areas of Operation.
• Assure ISO Quality Assurance protocols are followed in all areas of Operations.
• Comply with and enforce all OSHA safety guidelines for all areas of Operations.
• Provide maintenance support needed for all areas of Operations, Fleet, and personnel.
• Serve as technical resources in meetings.
• Assist with all aspects of Operation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Comfortable with basic machine maintenance 
• Knowledge of first class and third class mail preparation preferred.
• Experience in the use of personal computers.
• Ability to practice quality customer service.
• Positive and effectively communicate to staff and office employees.

Qualifications: 

• Maintenance Experience
• Experience in Operations Management
• High school Diploma/GED
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Valid Indiana Driver’s license and insurance
