JOB DESCRIPTION

If you’re seasoned in the renovation / construction industry and looking for a rewarding challenge and growth opportunity, this might just be the role for you! Our production managers oversee and manage our team operations by motivating employees and creating a fun atmosphere for them to work in, which will allow them to strive and grow within the company. You will be responsible for obtaining high customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring team members complete projects on time, on budget and remain professional throughout the entire production process.

Full-time position

Daytime, evening and weekend availability required

Service Area: Suffolk & Nassau County

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure smooth operations

Ensure jobs are properly executed and collect payments

Motivate teams to achieve their objectives

Inspect, help, support, work alongside and coach the teams

Problem solving related with team management

Ensuring a clean and professional work environment

Manage client expectations and relations

Ensure equipment and vehicles are always in working order to avoid down time

Provide on-site and remote support for multiple teams as the business grows

Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Substantial knowledge of Spray-Net services, products and standards

Ability to work on all types of surfaces
- Preparation, taping, degreasing/cleaning substrate surfaces, sanding
- Painting using Graco spray-gun equipment
- Pressure washing
- Caulking, general repair, spackling, etc.

Must be able to work at heights of up to 30 feet

Must be physically capable to work in tight spaces and lift heavy equipment

Ability to create a production plan

Management skills

Problem solving skills

Troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s licence

2+ years of painting

5+ years in home improvement

Experience in leading teams

Experience in customer service
