Production Manager

Spartan Plumbing and Drains is a leading employer in the Dayton area, and we are looking to add a Production Manager to our growing team!

Come join our dynamic environment where you will play a central role in supporting our field teams and helping to deliver world class service to our customers. Using your communication skills and superior organizational abilities, you will coordinate the pulse of the day-to-day operations of our plumbing, drains, installation, and excavation teams. The role requires logistics, accounting, scheduling, superior customer service skills, and knowing how to have fun when it gets tough.

• 2+ years dispatching and/or scheduling experience. Prior experience scheduling or logistics in the trades industry is a plus, but not needed.

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

• Phone Skills.

• Lazer tight attention to details.

• Able to multifunction and change priorities on the fly.

• Ability to navigate through and utilize purchasing software and follow a P.O. process.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.

• Excellent customer relations skills.

• Ability to read a map.

• Ability to use computer software (Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc.).

• Detail oriented, organized, results driven individual.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
