Role: Production Manager- must have flooring installation experience
Location: Westfield, NJ
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Some weekends as needed)
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

About Us:
Floor Coverings International is a locally owned and fast-growing flooring franchise committed to delivering high-quality flooring solutions with a white-glove customer experience. We are currently seeking a Production Manager with proven flooring installation expertise to lead our operations and ensure smooth, on-time, and on-budget project execution.

What You'll Do:

Manage all flooring installation projects from scheduling to completion

Coordinate and supervise installation crews and subcontractors

Communicate timelines and project details to customers and installers

Ensure materials are ordered and delivered accurately and on time

Perform site visits for quality control and issue resolution

Support the sales team with technical input on complex jobs

Maintain organized warehouse and product inventory

Lead weekly production meetings with sales and operations staff

Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in flooring installation or production/project management (required)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience managing subcontractors and job scheduling

Comfortable with technology (Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Must pass a background check

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
