Key Responsibilities:

- Install products according to company standards and client specifications.

- Oversee subcontracted installers.

- Ensure installations are completed efficiently and of the highest quality.

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

- Provide exceptional customer service during and after installation.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction or installation roles.

- Experience with one-day shower installations.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
