Production Manager

We’re hiring a Production Manager to lead daily painting operations for residential and commercial projects. This role oversees crews, schedules, quality, and customer experience from job start through completion.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, hire, and manage painting crews
• Oversee production schedules, materials, and jobsite quality
• Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance and safe work practices
• Control labor and material costs; collect payments and handle admin tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

• Experience managing painting or construction production teams
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and quality management skills
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and jobsite safety
• Excellent customer communication and leadership abilities
