As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our relationship with customers and ensuring operational excellence through cross functional collaboration.

§  Manage daily production operations by monitoring goals, KPIs and team performance to ensure efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.

§  Drive continuous improvement through automation and workflow optimization with regular staff meetings to foster communication throughout the departments

§  Development of team by driving culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvements

§  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 1–3 years of manufacturing operations with leadership experience

§  Curiosity, energy, and a growth mindset; you don’t just want a job, you want a career

§  Willingness to support a flexible workforce schedule, including managing labor during overtime periods such as on weekends/holidays

§  Required lifting weight: 35 lbs.
