Production Manager - Roofing (Residential & Commercial)

One of Allstar Services' growing Florida roofing brands is hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects.

If you have experience managing roofing crews, coordinating schedules, and delivering projects on time while providing excellent customer service, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• 
  

  Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from contract to completion.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule jobs, crews, subcontractors, and materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate permits and inspections.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and Florida building codes.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with homeowners throughout the project.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor job costs, timelines, and overall production performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep jobsites organized, safe, and running efficiently.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Experience as a Production Manager, Roofing Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Superintendent.

  
  


• 
  

  Residential and/or commercial roofing experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Florida roofing practices and building codes.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license.

  
  


• 
  

  OSHA certification is a plus.
