Responsibilities
The Production Manager will direct a team of supervisors and operators to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver quality products in a timely fashion.
An ability to inspire, guide, and mobilize teams toward excellence with demonstrated abilities in communication, tact, and professionalism.
Ability to develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with federal/state/local agencies, vendors, customers, and employees.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal/external customers.
Accuracy and attention to detail; logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
