Our team members are dedicated to producing high-quality specialty vehicles worldwide. We manufacture these vehicles using Cadillac chassis, starting with the deconstruction and teardown of a Cadillac. We then meticulously reconstruct it to our clients exact specifications.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage the daily activities and staff required to manufacture while mentoring, guiding, and facilitating team members in their attainment of daily, weekly, and monthly production standards.
What You Need for this Position

5+ years of Automotive Production Line and Assembly experience preferred
Previous experience handling a team of 30+
Lean Manufacturing experience
Bachelor's Degree In Manufacturing or similar
