Newco is currently seeking a Production Manager to work in its Electronic Division with manufacturing operations for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for working with manufacturing personnel in full-scope production of a variety of SMT/Thru-hole PCB assemblies. The job will entail a thorough understanding of company operations of the manufacturing of all PCB assemblies.

Requirements

· Plan and implement daily personnel activities to support production schedules.

· Coordinate material availability details with procurement, maintain existing production schedules, and responsible for inventory

control of electronics division.

· Assist in development and maintenance of documentation for all processes and procedures, meeting engineering standards for

schematics and test protocols.

· Assure all products meet engineering design and approval.

· Assure all products built and tested meet an acceptable quality level from our customers.

· Measure and meet productivity standards, equipment performance, procedures, guidelines, and quality assurance.

· Communicate and work closely with other departments.

· Hire, train and develop personnel to work cohesively together in all aspects of the department.

Required Skill Set:

· In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and technical aspects required for PCB assembly manufacturing. SMT, Thru-

hole, and Wave Solder strongly preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in Production Management.

· Proficient in identifying gaps in production and creating solutions to resolve them.

· Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written communication skills and attention to detail.

· Efficient in Time Management, Problem Solving, Organized & Self-Motivated, Proficient in MS Office Suite

Physical requirements:

· Walking & standing up to 8 hours a day

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs from floor to waist

· Ability to lift overhead up to 25lbs

· Warehouse/Plant environment
