Job Description - Production Manager for a Marketing Agency
Summary: Jump Consulting is looking for a Production Manager to support the growing business marketing agency operations and team. The Production Manager will be an integral part of the client product functions - managing the full production team, keeping projects on time and budget, and maintaining the quality our clients have come to expect. Quality communication skills, written and verbal, and experience with project management are required to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities: The Production Manager will help keep the company on track to achieve our big goals and identify potential areas of opportunity for improvement. Managing the production team, including the production coordinator, video creator, graphic designer, content creator, and editor, to ensure projects are on-time and assist with approvals and capacity planning Creating monthly deliverables (Happy Doc) for clients Managing Accounts Payable and budget for our team of contractors Maintaining company task management system (ClickUp) to ensure accurate tracking of projects and team capacity Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize company resources and improve the client experience Acting as a strategic business partner to the founder to ensure oversight is maintained and critical issues are addressed in a timely manner Assisting the founder in tracking project/program financials
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills Proactive and creative approach to work Strong organizational and time management skills Project and team management experience Self-provoked curiosity and willingness to ask questions and learn Troubleshooting and problem-solving using available resources Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to urgent priority changes Experience with the following tools is a plus but not required:
Canva Google Workspace Slack ClickUp Jasper Facebook and Instagram
