Production Manager - Room for Advancement

Growing industrial manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to add to their leadership team.
The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize productivity
- Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions

Qualifications:
in an industrial manufacturing environment

Bachelors degree highly preferred

Bilingual/Spanish required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and equipment maintenance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
