Job Description - Production Manager - South Bend, IN
Oversee daily enzyme production operations, managing a dynamic two-shift team. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with specifications. Develop strategies to enhance department performance, optimize asset utilization, and improve product quality and yield. Support site food safety programs, ensuring ongoing compliance and improvements. Set departmental targets, establish KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics. Manage production schedules to meet demand, inventory targets, and adjust plans based on operational goals and available resources. You bring Bachelor's degree in a science-related field required; Engineering or Business degree preferred. Prior experience in a food production environment is preferred. Proficient or advanced in basic math, with analytical and statistical reasoning abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); SAP experience preferred.
