Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams while promoting a positive work environment
• Demonstrate an active role in safety culture - conduct audit, ensure supervisors evaluate their respective areas, and enhance safety procedures as necessary.
• Champion the company's Brand Promise by adhering to quality goals, SOPs, and implementing corrective action when necessary
• Onboard, train, and cross-train employees to achieve facility objectives

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership or management experience
• Excellent problem-analysis, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
