Production Manager Textile Manufacturing

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily assembly and sewing operations in a fast-paced flag and banner manufacturing facility. This role oversees a team of 20+ employees, ensuring high-quality production, efficient scheduling, and consistent on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sewing, embroidery, and assembly operations for flags and banners
• Supervise and lead a production team of 20+ employees (staffing, scheduling, performance)
• Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet output targets
• Optimize material flow and inventory to prevent shortages and delays
• Partner with sales and customer service to resolve quality issues
• Serve as subject matter expert on banner/flag assembly and finishing
• Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years (5+ preferred) in production management within embroidery, textile, or sewn products manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in flag/banner assembly, embroidery, or textile finishing
• Proven leadership managing 20+ direct reports in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with production planning, scheduling, and material management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Preferred Background:

• Embroidery shops, textile manufacturing, apparel production, or signage companies with embroidery/finishing operations
• Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

• Candidates should be within a 30–45 minute commute
