Ensure smooth communication with homeowners from project initiation to completion
Keep customers updated on project progress and address any issues promptly
Prepare all stages necessary to produce an excellent installation experience for the homeowner, the crews, and the sales team members for warranty work and all roofing projects
Order material and schedule labor for all roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, windows, doors, and gutter jobs for both the Residential and Commercial divisions
Track and manage gross profit margins, ensuring all projects remain within budget
Provide weekly and monthly production reports to the leadership team
Recruit, hire, and train production team members to ensure proper staffing
Lead production teams, hold members accountable, and maintain team morale through monthly check-ins and performance reviews
Attend weekly Level 10 Meetings and ensure strategic initiatives are reached
Education & Experience
Associate's degree or higher in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in production coordination or project management in the construction or roofing industry (required)
1-2 years of supervisory experience managing teams or subcontractors
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a fast-paced construction or production environment
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in production management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) and familiarity with CRM tools
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients
Strong understanding of construction trades, including roofing, carpentry, and general building practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and team dynamics
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit/stand in an office environment for 8+ hours per day
Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs
Ability to stoop or kneel as needed
Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different job sites, run errands, and transport materials or equipment
Physically capable of handling supply runs, picking up materials, and transporting trailers
