About the Role
We are looking for a Production Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help guide products through the full development and production lifecycle-partnering with customers, coordinating with our factory teams, and making sure every detail is right from concept through final delivery. If you enjoy managing projects end-to-end, solving problems proactively, and working closely with both creative and technical partners, you'll feel right at home here.
Positions Responsibilities
Partner with customers to support product design and development, helping bring new headwear ideas to life
Prepare, update, and manage all documentation (tech packs) - including materials, specs, trims, and artwork details - needed for accurate sampling and production
Maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the development process, ensuring expectations are aligned and projects stay on track
Coordinate and support daily communication with our factories, troubleshooting issues and keeping production running smoothly
Maintain our internal systems and data with accuracy and consistency
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in apparel, design, and/or product development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of problem‑solving with both internal and external partners
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the apparel or accessories industry
Experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred) and Photoshop (a plus)
