Production Operator

About the Role:
As a Production Team Member, you’ll operate advanced manufacturing equipment, handle materials, and package finished products for delivery—all while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position demands a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment.


• Load raw materials into machinery and prepare finished products for shipment.


• Actively contribute to team efforts to achieve production goals.


• Maintain a safe work environment by promptly addressing incidents or unsafe conditions.


• Take initiative to learn new systems and equipment operations.


• Use material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.


• Lift 30–70 lbs. comfortably and consistently.
