The Position:

We’re looking for Production Operator. The pay range we’re offering is based on experience.

We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.
We also offer a comprehensive health insurance package for full-time positions.
We will provide onsite training.

Requirements:

Hard worker with a positive attitude.
Operate a forklift.
Use hand tools.
Good math skills.
1-3 years of sheet metal / steel fabrication experience, preferred
Indoor and outdoor work year-round.
Manually lift up to 100lbs.
Overtime available during peak times based on customer demands.
Roll forming experience, a plus.

Responsibilities:

Meet daily objectives in production, quality, and timely shipment of customer orders.
Flexibility to move to work in other areas when required.
Communicate with company managers on a daily basis ensuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Provide Excellent Customer Service!

The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
