Grace Manufacturing Inc. is a world class leader in machine manufacturing, specialty precision products, and other industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for Production Operators at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas.

This is a production role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the following:

• Operating production machinery and producing parts
• Checking work against defined quality specifications 
• Working in a team environment
• Working on continuous improvement projects
• Cross-training on multiple job functions
• Maintaining production workflow and a clean work area
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Grace Manufacturing policies and procedures
• Other miscellaneous duties as needed

Requirements

 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Stable work history
• Organization and communication skills
• Effective decision-making skills
• High level attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating machinery
• Use of blueprints, drawings and work orders to process orders
• Use of measuring instruments to check parts

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time.
• Must be able to walk in an office and production environment up to 100% of the time.
• Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
