Production Operator

We're searching for Production Operators. Working on a rotating shift pattern, you'll gain more days off while contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients used by major global manufacturers.

What You’ll Do:
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment
• Follow batch records and GMP procedures with accuracy
• Document all steps clearly and legibly
• Perform in-process sampling and inspections
• Handle raw materials and finished products (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Good communication and basic math skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food/pharma processing is a plus – but not essential
