Job Description - Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for performing assembly tasks according to standardized work instructions, ensuring quality output, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble automotive components based on work guidelines and quality standards.
Perform routine cleaning and organization of the production area.
Monitor equipment for basic operational issues and report abnormalities.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
Operating and monitoring production machinery.
Basic manual dexterity and attention to detail
Machine Operation, Time Management, Adaptability
