Production Operator

PUR Production Operator on 2nd Shift - M-F 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

1. Responsible for operation and preparation of mold carrier production line according to product specifications, set up sheets and line audit sheets as necessary.
2. Make necessary equipment adjustments as required to meet quality standards and production levels.
3. Sample material and compare to standard.
4. Regularly patrol line for off-standard (non-conformance) conditions.
5. Record process information on audit sheets and all other reports as required.
6. Report any abnormal or unsafe conditions.
7. Make small equipment repairs, as directed by supervisor.
8. Responsible for housekeeping of production line area.
9. Assist Thermoforming operation as needed and directed by supervisor.
10. Report to supervisor any unusual conditions in raw materials.
11. Perform all other duties as directed by supervisor.
12. Relieve operator for breaks.
13. Inspect & Pack finish goods
14. Fix and repair any parts that have been deemed for repairs
