Location: Kent, WA (on-site) Pay: $23/hour to start $25–$26/hour after 3 months Shift: Swing, Monday–Friday (5x10s) — 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Type: Full-time

About the Role Operate heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physical role for someone who's reliable, consistent, and wants steady hours with room to grow long term at a solid company.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor heavy industrial production equipment
• Maintain consistent output and quality on a busy production line
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Support the production team to keep things running smoothly

What You Need

• Comfortable operating heavy industrial equipment
• Able to thrive in a physical, hands-on environment
• Reliable and consistent with your schedule
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements: Stand/walk for full shift; lift as needed; work in a dusty environment around metals.
