DRiVE is hiring Production Operators for a plastic injection molding manufacturer in Charlotte, MI.

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load and unload molded plastic parts
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Trim, sort, assemble, package, and label finished products
• Complete basic production and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or plastic injection molding experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
