$22.11 to $25.28 (plus $1.00/hour shift premium)

Role: Production Operator (3rd Shift)

You may see yourself in this role, if you are an experienced production operator who has mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and are looking for a serious career opportunity.

You will perform a range of tasks in the production of a transformer, including:

• Reading and understanding Bills of Materials, instructions and drawings.
• Operating overhead crane
• Building wood structure 
• Calculate lengths of cable for all lead runs, prepare leads and cable assemblies and make all LV and HV connections.  
• Meet quality requirements of manufacturing procedure.

Requirements

 Basic:

• Ability to work night shift.
• Able to work limited over-time as needed.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings.
• Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri.
• Must satisfactorily complete interview, talent assessment, background check, and drug screen.
• This position stands as safety sensitive: WTU will test for THC.
• Has current work authorization for employment within the United States.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
