Who We're Looking For: Motivated Production Operator/Dryer Tech - 3rd Shift

Requirements

• Must be able and willing to work Sunday through Thursday (7:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and open to overtime, as required.
• 2-4 years' experience as a Machine Operator or Machine Technician.
• Prior experience in PLC operations and control of complex computer-based systems.
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot issues, as required.
• Computer Savvy. Familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Good judgement with strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities with flexibility.
• Interested in a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for continuous equipment operation to process product according to schedule.
• Identify critical control points in the process and notify Supervisor of any discrepancies. Identify and troubleshoot procedures to ensure continuous operation.
• Prepare product for outbound shipment, including sampling, inventory, and labeling.
• Troubleshoot all mechanical issues and repair as needed to ensure optimal uptime.
• Complete all preventative maintenance logs and schedules as required.
