We are Vilgain – a fast-growing food & lifestyle lovebrand built on clean ingredients, functional nutrition, and honest products. We produce our own food, from peanut butters and protein products to fresh and semi-fresh items, and we’re expanding rapidly across Europe, the UK, and the USA. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Production Planner who wants to be close to real production, learn fast, and have a visible impact on how things work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and gradually taking ownership of day-to-day production planning

• Translating demand into realistic production plans with respect to capacity, materials, and freshness

• Creating and maintaining daily and weekly production plans

• Working closely with production teams and adjusting plans in real time when priorities or conditions change

• Coordinating raw material and packaging availability with procurement

• Monitoring stock levels of finished goods and work-in-progress, with a strong focus on shelf life and expiration dates

• Helping identify bottlenecks, delays, and waste, and contributing to continuous process improvements
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination

• Background in food production or FMCG is a strong advantage

• Experience with fresh, chilled, or short-shelf-life products (e.g. dairy, refrigerated foods) is a big plus

• Comfort working close to production and communicating with shop-floor teams

• Good analytical skills and experience with Excel and basic planning or ERP systems
  Organized, detail-oriented mindset with ownership and willingness to learn

• Ability to react quickly in a fast-changing, hands-on environment
