Location:
This is a fully onsite position in Denton, Texas, offering hands-on collaboration with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams.
Note:
Candidates must have 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing supply chain experience, including planning in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. Strong ERP experience and advanced Excel skills are also required.

Job Description
- Create and maintain manufacturing production plans and release manufacturing orders based on customer demand and available capacity.
- Balance production requirements with materials, inventory, labor, capacity, and customer delivery expectations.
- Monitor daily supply and demand conditions, identify potential shortages or constraints, and resolve or escalate issues before they impact customers.
- Translate production plans into detailed schedules for components, materials, services, and manufacturing activities.
- Partner with procurement, operations, engineering, quality, warehouse, sales, and leadership to keep production running efficiently.
- Coordinate resolutions for rejected or defective materials to minimize production interruptions.
- Maintain accurate lead-time information and help ensure customer commitments align with manufacturing capabilities.
- Analyze planning data and supply chain metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Help improve planning processes, systems, reports, and tools that support future manufacturing performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of production planning, production scheduling, or supply chain planning experience within manufacturing.
- Direct experience planning in a high-mix, low-volume or highly customized manufacturing environment.
- Strong ERP experience with systems such as SAP, S/4HANA, JD Edwards, or comparable manufacturing platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP or similar functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing capacity, supply and demand planning, material requirements, and production execution.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
- APICS CPIM or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
