At Norfolk Iron & Metal, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving efficiently and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple teams to drive results.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and prioritize processing jobs to meet customer delivery expectations


• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams


• Balance workloads to maximize efficiency and throughput


• Communicate customer priorities across departments


• Investigate customer issues and help identify solutions


• Coordinate receiving paperwork and material flow

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent organizational and communication abilities


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Customer service, production planning, scheduling, or processing experience preferred
