Production Planner Level 1

Working on one or more programs where applicable May work with 3rd party vendor to maintain inventory Creation and tracking/status of Manufacturing Orders Kitting and/or fulfilling part requests Attending all status meetings as required Attending Safety, Quality, Delivery, Employee, Customer (SQDEC) meetings The use of various software programs including Costpoint, MES, Windchill, and TipQA Interfacing with various personnel including Work Center Planners, Engineers, Schedulers, Technicians, Managers, Operations Team Supervisors, Quality Assurance Inspectors, Manufacturing Engineers, Technical Writers, Stock Room Personnel, Global Supply Chain Planners, etc. Other duties as assigned Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck. High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years additional education and/or related experience. No clearance required to start Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Possess a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills Ability to react quickly to people and situations Process needed documentation Follow written and verbal instructions Must be detail oriented US citizenship required Associate degree or bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical field Experience working in the Aerospace industry Self-directed, proactive Proficiency in Costpoint Production control planning and scheduling experience Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, production, procurement, or quality basics
