Production Planner/Master Scheduler 3

Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers. Works to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs, design changes, and other potential schedule interruptions.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Establish and maintain the production plan through job orders.\n * Request material kits according to the production plan.\n * Move completed products to finished goods.\n * Check for BOM accuracy on planned job orders.\n * Work with customer service to expedite specific orders as needed.\n * Work with supervisors to prioritize builds based on resources available.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor\u2019s degree; or 3 years and a Master\u2019s degree.\n * Deep knowledge of the inputs and outputs of an MRP system.\n * Experience working in a manufacturing setting, setting production priorities on a daily basis.\n * Experience working with other operations teams to achieve build targets.\n * Tenacious and detail-oriented focus on executing according to plan.\n * Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * 10 years working various operations roles including material procurement, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and production planning.\n * Strong understanding of how an MRP system works.\n * Experience in producing mechatronic assemblies.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $72,000.00 - $170,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
