Job Description - Production Scheduler

Monitor inventory and production items consumed in the plant to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives, overall responsibility for customer requirements, production control, on-time delivery, finished goods inventory level, and reorder point. Provides accounting support regarding the SIOP process to identify business continuity. Monitor inventory transactions to ensure accurate and timely material processing. Identify and communicate potential delays or issues that may impact customer delivery. Create purchase orders and monitor material delivery schedules. Troubleshoot MRP (Material Requirements Planning) exceptions and ensure ERP discipline aligned with SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning). Lead material deviation processes related to quality, logistics, and discrepancies. Evaluate and recommend adjustments to planning parameters such as lot size, lead time, and safety stock. Ensure inventory items remain within defined min-max ranges. Support the accounting department in improving key business metrics, processes, and controls. Perform other duties as required to support departmental and organizational goals. Ensure that the operational controls applicable to your areas are carried out. Support compliance with and monitoring of the Environmental Policy. Contribute to the achievement of the Environmental Objectives and Goals. Support to maintain the S.A.A. Required (Basic): Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or Supply chain related field from an accredited institution. Engineering to Order (ETO) experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in materials, sourcing, or purchasing. Minimum 1 year of experience managing supplier relationships. Good understanding of ERP and MRP Systems Drive for Results Accountable Passionate Ethical Builds Organizational Capability Thinks and Acts Strategically Position Criteria: Bilingual English/Spanish
