Work directly for a growing Central New Jersey area full-service contract filler primarily used in the personal care industry.

Production Shift Supervisor:

Purpose of Position
The Production Supervisor responsibilities are to coordinate the filling lines, assembly, and packaging activities to ensure proper timing, efficiency and quality for cGMP-regulated products.

Responsibilities & Main Activities
Responsible for the actions of the compounding, production, and packaging areas as it relates to the Manufacturing operations
Responsible to determine and submitting to the Production Manager staffing requirements for proceeding day.
Understand and recommend resources required to optimize operations.
Optimize time and the performance within manufacturing specifications.
Familiar with the flow of materials to and from the production area to maintain line operational continuity.
Knowledge to support of the packaging of aerosol products manufactured
Understand the cGMP compliances as it impacts production requirements.
Knowing all applicable regulations and safety issues that govern the aerosol filling operation.
Ensures product change-over will be done according to the SOP requirements.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulations and regulatory authorities as it relates to the Fire Code, OSHA, DEP, and DOT.
Maintain Key Performance Indicators.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
The Production Supervisor must have a minimum of three (3) years" experience in directing the workforce, managing filling lines and assisting in the overall processes of manufacturing.
Must have experienced in operational team management and must work together with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production to achieve optimum results.
