Production Shipping Clerk

Basic Job Functions:

The Production Shipping Clerk supports production and shipping operations by releasing and organizing joist and deck shop orders, reviewing and posting production schedules against shop orders for accuracy, generating reports, and preparing joist tags. This role also processes invoices and provides backup support for billing, dispatch, scheduling, and other administrative functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple operational areas to ensure efficient business operations. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong time management skills.

This is a hourly position + ROA Bonus

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP software


• Shop order experience or familiarity with production documentation


• Experience in manufacturing, production, shipping, or logistics environments
