About the Position:

Rowe Casa is looking to add to the overnight shift on our production team, in our curing department!  As a member of the production team you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products.  Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made. This position is a full-time position and will include a shift differential.  Scheduled hours are Monday – Friday 10:30pm-7:30am. This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the overnight Production Supervisor. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Follow product recipes and processes


• Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of the proper manufacturing process

Key Skills:

• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated


• Able to meet key deadlines


• Understanding of a commercial kitchen/production equipment


• Safety minded


• High attention to detail


• Good attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

• Have understanding of weight & fill measurements and recipes


• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred


• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time


• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in natural and organic product industry
