Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities is seeking energetic, team-oriented professionals to join our Community Participation Supports team in the Community Work Center.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and training of supported individuals in the Employment & Training department.

The Community Work Center is open Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm and is closed on major Holidays. Part-time position is available. 

Threshold provides comprehensive paid training.

Requirements

• 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university -or- H.S. diploma/GED and one year working experience in industrial or rehabilitation
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Valid PA Driver's license
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• PA Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years)
• Full Time Candidates must successfully complete a three-day Medication Administration Course
