About the Opportunity
Help Selco be a leader in the industry by acting as the Production Supervisor who manages a staff of approximately 20 associates, maintains a safe and efficient work environment, facilitates continuous improvement in the produciton area and strives to fulfill the vision of our long term strategic framework. 

Qualifications:
• Capable of producing detailed, comprehensive documentation.
• 5+ year's previous supervisory experience in assembly and fabrication environment. 
• Can maintain a library of resource materials
• Possesses basic understanding and knowledge of machine shop equipment and operations.
• Has experience with equipment maintenance programs to minimize downtime of critical machines.
• Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.
• Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
• Supervises subordinates to continuously improve, cross train between skills and maintain the corporate vision.
• Experience with Continuous Flow Manufacturing. Expert at coming up with solutions for manufacturing issues
• Has a superior organizational skill. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.
• Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals, outlining tasks, and contingency planning.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Has experience in strategic planning, implementation and maintenance.
