Salary: $60,000 $70,000 per year + Bonus

Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and uphold safety and scheduling standards. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and vendors to drive results, resolve issues, and continuously improve production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the production team (up to 20 employees)
• Manage production schedules, materials, and labour to meet deadlines
• Oversee quality, inventory, and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain ISO/Lean standards
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to resolve product issues
• Drive cross-training, 5S, and efficiency improvements
• Use SAP and MS Office tools for scheduling and reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in ISO-certified environments
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
