Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is a key position reporting directly to the General Manager of the Department. This role is responsible for directing the Production Team Leaders in various production processes. The supervisor will focus on enhancing associate skills and teamwork through effective training and education. This position promotes strong associate relations and addresses performance issues through open communication. The Production Supervisor will implement and uphold the companys philosophy, rules, regulations, and policies fairly and equitably. Additionally, they will ensure a stable production process through methodologies like 5S, standardization, visual control, and Kaizen to continually improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity using the CA-PDCA cycle.
