Production Supervisor

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on our manufacturing floor. This role is directly responsible for approximately 30 production employees, including operators, assemblers, and technicians. The Supervisor will be accountable for output, safety, quality, and team performance, while driving continuous improvement and lean practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 30+ production floor employees across assembly and PCB lines
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness
• Execute daily production schedules to meet customer demands and shipping deadlines
• Optimize workflow, staffing, and line balancing for maximum efficiency
• Lead 5S, visual management, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Track and report key performance metrics (output, scrap, rework)
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and corrective action when necessary
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
• Maintain accurate labor and production data within ERP systems

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability with a focus on team development
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and safety best practices
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Experience working with PCB assembly equipment (SMT lines, AOI, reflow, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
