Job Summary: As our Production Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and managing the assembly team to meet production goals while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role is critical to coordinating daily activities, training staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in the electronics manufacturing plant.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronic components industry.


• Solid knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.


• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to read and interpret plans, technical specifications and production schedules.


• Bilingualism (English and Spanish), both oral and written, is required.


• Mastery of computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and ISO9000 and AS9100 quality standards is highly desirable.

Will you be our next ACE?

• You'll be responsible for overseeing daily production floor operations, planning and assigning work, implementing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. This includes monitoring team productivity, conducting performance evaluations, providing training and coaching, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality. Finally, you'll maintain accurate production records and effectively communicate progress and challenges to the management team.
