What You’ll Get To Do:

Production Supervisor will plan and manage the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to efficiently, safely, and cost effectively achieve performance targets and reports to the Plant Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage labor effectively for entire department.


• Provide the vision, leadership, and coaching of the Toyota Production System (TPS) needed to drive plant operations and continuous improvement.  


• Work closely with all departments to achieve plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, environment, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost.


• Ensure that all safety and incident reporting procedures are followed as well as all individuals are properly trained, and their job functions are being performed correctly.


• Regular and predictable attendance and adherence to all safety policies and procedures

Here’s What We Are Looking For:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in non-climate-controlled environments


• Possess a working knowledge of TPS (Lean Manufacturing) concepts e.g. work place organization/5S, root cause analysis


• Understands production planning concepts - able to plan, allocate resources, manage production, and coordinate people and equipment.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to include computer skills e.g. send and receive emails, track and manage production orders, use Microsoft 365 including Word, Outlook, and Excel
